One account each

One account per person, for all of it

Add someone once and they can use everything — mail, chat, meetings, files and HR. When they leave, switch them off once and every door closes together.

What it does

One password for everything

The same sign-in opens mail, chat, meetings, calendar, files and HR.

A whole company from a spreadsheet

Paste or upload your staff list — up to 50,000 people — check it first, and the accounts are made in the background, reporting line included.

Welcome emails that arrive

Each person’s first password goes to their personal address. Anybody who could not be told is named, so nobody is left without a way in.

Invite your team as you sign up

List colleagues’ addresses when you create the workspace, and they are invited as soon as it is ready.

Offboarding that offboards

Switch somebody off and their sign-in, their open sessions and their chat end together, within a minute. Their mail can be passed to a colleague.

Nothing deleted by accident

Offboarding never deletes. Mail and records a company has to keep are kept.

Good to know

  • A login cannot be changed once it is made — it is also the person’s mail and chat address. Check the names before you create people.
  • Each person’s first password is sent to their personal email address, so have those ready.

Questions

What happens to a leaver’s mail?

It stays with the company. You can pass it on to a colleague as you switch them off, and nothing is deleted.

Can we bring everybody across at once?

Yes. Upload the staff list and the accounts are made in the background; then an administrator brings everybody’s old mail across in one step, from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zimbra. How it works.

One login, one price, all of it.

Mail, chat, meetings, calendar, documents, files and HR for everybody at your company — a dollar a person a month, and free while we are in early access.
