Who runs this?

Whoever looks after IT. They get the administrator account, and they are the person who adds everyone else.

How many people?

A rough number is fine — there is no limit, and it is free while we are in early access. It just tells us how much room to set aside. After that it is a dollar a person a month, or $10.20 a person for a year bought up front.

What happens next

So there are no surprises. Only one of these needs anything from you.

   We build your workspace

   Your own accounts, your own mail, your own chat, with your company's name on the sign-in page. Usually within the hour.

2. 2

   You add your people

   Sign in as the administrator and add staff one at a time, or paste a spreadsheet. Everyone gets one account that works for email, chat and meetings — not three.

3. 3

   Everyone can work

   Mail between colleagues, group chat with files, video calls with screen sharing in the browser. Nothing to install.

   Your staff write to each other and to anyone outside the company, from the same inbox.

When somebody leaves, one click ends their sessions, closes their sign-in to mail and hands their mail to whoever takes over, while the mailbox itself stays with the company. That is the part most people discover they needed afterwards.

By requesting a workspace you agree to our terms and to the way we handle data, set out in the privacy notice. Both are short, and both say you can take a copy of everything and leave whenever you like.
