Meetowt

Free while we are in early access

Your company, in one place. Your work, in one profile.

Meetowt gives a company its own email, chat, meetings, files and HR — a dollar a person a month, or $10.20 a year, with nobody outside reading your mail. And it gives anybody a free profile of their own: your work, your skills, and roles to apply for at companies on Meetowt.

Two ways in

Built for companies. Open to everybody.

A company gets a whole workspace. A person gets a profile of their own. And the two meet in the middle: companies post roles, and people apply with their profile.

What it is

Everything a company runs on.

Not four tools that talk to each other. One system, one login, one price.

Email on your own domain

Every employee gets a proper address at your company name. Threads, replies, drafts, signatures, out-of-office and rules, and Archive in one press to clear the Inbox without losing anything — archived mail stays searchable. The difference is where the mailbox actually lives. Pictures open in a viewer you can swipe through.

Chat for the team

Channels for departments, direct messages between people, voice notes, and files shared without leaving the conversation. Pictures open in a viewer you can swipe through.

New Your day, in brief

Press Brief me on Today and AI writes what to do first: the meeting that starts soon, the decisions people are waiting for, anything a notice says needs you. It reads only what your Today screen already shows. Part of the optional writing help, which also improves, shortens and answers your emails.

New Fields of your own on every staff record

Add the fields your company keeps — badge number, blood type, contract end — and choose who may see each one: administrators, the person and their managers, or everyone.

New Topics in a channel

Keep a discussion that should outlast the chat: a title, a first post and replies, with the important ones pinned, and a count of what is new beside each one. Only the people in the channel can see them.

Video meetings, recorded if you want

Start a call from any channel. Screen sharing included, nothing to install for the people joining, and a recording filed straight into your files.

A calendar that reaches outside

Book a meeting, invite colleagues and people from outside the company, and they get a real invitation their own calendar understands — with a reminder before it starts.

Documents and spreadsheets

Write and edit in the browser, together, on files that stay in your own workspace. No second subscription for the thing you actually work in.

Files that know who may read them

Every file says whether it is yours alone, your department’s, for chosen people, or for everybody. A shared drive that is not simply open to the whole company.

New Hours, shifts and time off

Check in by phone, with where you are — at the office, or marked away from it for drivers and field staff — or let the fingerprint machine on your wall do it. Managers see who is in and who is late against that day’s shift, and holiday requests go to the right person with cover arranged before they are approved.

Staff records, kept properly

Notes, warnings and commendations against a person, acknowledged by them. Each is read only by that person, whoever wrote it, administrators and the readers the company names. Badges for the good ones.

New Tasks, tickets and approvals

Work assigned and tracked, requests raised against a queue, and anything that needs a yes going to whoever is meant to give it. Tasks now have priorities, tags and projects, show as a list or as a board you can drag across, come round again when they repeat, and keep the time logged on them — and who can see a task is still decided by who reports to whom.

One account per person

Add someone once and they can use all of it. When they leave, switch them off once and they lose access to every part — mail, chat, files, the lot.

Bring your old mail with you

Each person brings their old mailbox across — every folder and message, as it was — from Gmail, Yahoo, Zimbra or any mail server that speaks IMAP. Or an administrator brings the whole company at once, from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zimbra. It runs in the background, and the password, key or app secret it used is forgotten the moment it finishes.

New Mail, calendar and contacts on your phone

In the phone’s own mail, Calendar and Contacts apps. Make a phone password in Mail settings and an iPhone sets all three up in one tap; any other phone gets the settings to copy, and Android uses DAVx5 for the calendar and contacts. One button stops every phone.

Profiles and endorsements

Colleagues write about each other, publicly or privately, and “was her manager” comes from the company’s own records. Anybody can switch on a page of their own at meetowt.com/in/ — off until they do, and public once it is on.

Hiring, with a careers page

Post a role and it appears on your own careers page, and on meetowt.com/jobs if you choose. CVs are read only by the people who hire, and kept for the twelve months the applicant agreed to.

Security in one screen

Change your password, turn on two-step sign-in, and see every device you are signed in on — signing any of them out — without leaving Meetowt.

New In English or Arabic, read right to left

Each person chooses their own language. Most of Meetowt — mail, chat and its topics, files, the calendar, tasks, goals, contacts, reports, workflows and signatures — is written in Arabic and turned right to left, with counts, dates and the reasons something failed in Arabic too. The HR screens follow.

New On your phone, and told when something needs you

Add Meetowt to your Home Screen and turn on notifications: a message, a new mail, a call or a request waiting for your decision reaches your phone even when Meetowt is closed. What travels through Google’s or Apple’s servers says only what kind of thing happened — never what was written. No store app to download.

New A handbook, and a first week that is a checklist

Write how your company works once: sections of pages everybody reads, with an updated date when one changes. Then give a new person their first week as a list — the laptop is IT’s step, the welcome chat is their manager’s, and each of them is told. The new person and their manager see how far along it is; the colleague at the next desk sees none of it.

More about tasks, approvals and the handbook

New Ask to buy something, and see it answered

“Can I buy a card reader for 1,500 EGP?” Say what and why, attach the receipt or a quote, and it goes to your manager the way time off does. They answer it, you are told, and finance marks it paid — and you are told again. Nobody answers or pays their own, and a colleague at the next desk cannot see it.

More about tasks, approvals and spending

New Book a room or a car, and never book it twice

Add a meeting room, a van or a projector to a meeting while you write it, and you are shown only the ones that are free for the whole time — every week of a repeating meeting included. Move the meeting and the booking moves with it; call it off and the room is free again. A screen of its own shows who has what, today and any other day. If it is taken, you are told who has it and when.

More about the calendar and booking

New One inbox for sales@ or info@, answered by a team

Make an address a shared inbox and name who works it — people, or a whole department. Each conversation can be given to one person and marked open, waiting on the customer, or done; it opens again by itself when the customer writes. A reply goes out from the shared address and never says which colleague wrote it, and the team can see who did. A colleague who is not on it cannot tell it exists.

More about email

New A spam filter that learns from your own company

Mail from outside is checked before it reaches anybody, and what looks like spam goes to the Spam folder instead of the Inbox — never deleted, so a wrong guess costs a look in Spam and no message. Press Spam on one it missed, or Not spam on one it caught, and your company’s filter learns from it; what one company teaches never changes another’s.

More about email

New Everybody’s local time, beside their name

Each person’s time zone is taken from their own computer the first time they sign in, and they can change it in Your account. Their card says what time it is where they are and how far ahead or behind you that is; a one-to-one chat says it too when it is not your own. Inviting someone to a meeting shows the time it will be for them, and warns you when that falls outside their working day — so nobody calls Dubai at midnight by mistake.

New An address book for the people outside your company

Customers, suppliers and partners in one list the whole company can search and add to — with an email address, a phone number, a few tags and a note on each. Whoever added a contact, or an administrator, can change it; a second contact with the same address is refused and tells you who has it. Start typing a name in a new email and your contacts are suggested beside your colleagues. An administrator can bring a spreadsheet in, and take the whole list out as one.

New Numbers for the people who run the company

How many people work here and in which department, how many days people came in on time, late or not at all, how much time off was taken, how many extra hours were approved, and who is away in the next two weeks — for the last 30 days, the last 90, this year or dates of your own. A manager sees the people below them and nobody else; an administrator sees the company and how it uses Meetowt. Every figure is read from what Meetowt already keeps, and every card can be downloaded as a spreadsheet.

New Decide who sees what — once, for whole groups

Set up your departments and branches, inside each other as they are in real life, and give people the grades your company uses. Then tick, part by part, who sees it: everyone, managers, a department and the branches under it, or a grade and above. Someone who is not allowed a part does not see it in the menu and cannot open it. A single person can be given or refused a part by name, and administrators always see everything. The org chart is a tree you can zoom, move around and rearrange.

New “When this happens, do that” — set up once

An administrator picks what to wait for — time off asked for, a ticket raised, a spending request, a task given or overdue, someone joining or leaving, an application, a new contact — adds a condition or two from a list, and chooses what follows: tell people, email them, give someone a task, or call another system. The rule reads back as one plain sentence, and you can test it on the last real thing that happened before it does anything. Nobody is told about something they are not allowed to see, and a rule that runs away pauses itself.

New Send a PDF to be signed

Pick a PDF, choose who signs — colleagues, and people outside the company who need no account — in order or all at once, and send it. Someone outside gets an email from you with a link and, in a second email, a six-digit code they enter before they can see the document. They draw or type their signature on any phone or computer. When the last person has signed, the finished PDF is saved in your Files and emailed to everyone: the original pages come first, exactly as sent, followed by a certificate page that records who signed, when, and how each was identified. It is an electronic signature record, not a qualified electronic signature.

One system. One login. One price. Every part of the company in one place — and the whole of it yours to take with you.

Read the terms

Why not the usual two

Three promises, kept in writing.

The big suites are good software. These are the three things they will not say to you.

One price for every part of it

A dollar a person a month — or $10.20 a year — for mail, chat, meetings, documents, files and the HR side together, with 5 GB of storage for each person, their own. Not a starting tier with the useful part sold separately. Free while we are in early access.

Your mail stays yours

Your mail lives in a workspace of your own, reachable only by the people you add to it. Nothing is scanned, nothing is trained on, and any change to the terms that affects you comes with 30 days’ notice.

You can walk away with it

Ask and we hand you the lot — your records as spreadsheets, your files under their own names, your chat history and your staff list — within 30 days, with no export fee. The mail comes as standard mailbox files that other mail software can import, so what you carry out is usable rather than a shrug.

Pricing

One plan.
Everything in it.

$1 per person a month, or $10.20 a year, for everything. Free while we are in early access — no card, and room for up to 200 people at first and more once we have looked at your company.

This will not be free forever, and the numbers are on the page rather than in a footnote. When early access ends it is $1 per person a month, or $10.20 a person for a year bought up front — the prices beside this, struck through until then. You will get a month's notice before it starts, and if you would rather leave at that point, your mail, your messages and your files come with you.

On the way

Nothing being built is a second bill

Hours, time off and the HR screens in Arabic are on the way — most of Meetowt already is, and what is on the way says which. They arrive inside this price.

There is no tier above this one, no module sold separately, and nothing for you to do now.

Early access

Everything

One plan for every company

How you would like to pay

Normally $1/person/month $0/month, in early access

Paid month by month, and stopped whenever you like.

Get started

No card. Nothing to cancel.

Pay month by month and stop whenever you like, or pay for a year and pay less — both prices are above. Your data is yours. Ask and we hand you a copy of everything, mail included, within 30 days. No export fee.

Files and documents come with 5 GB for each person, their own in the price. More room for each person costs extra — ask us, and you are told the price before anything is charged.

Prices are in US dollars. Hosting is included — that is the point.

Against what you pay now

Fifty people, one year.

The same everyday tools, and the staff side the big suites leave to a second supplier. Every price here is per person, in US dollars, as each company publishes it today.

Fifty people, one year

  1. Meetowt paid for the year 50 × $10.20 $510
  2. Meetowt paid monthly 50 × $1 × 12 $600
  3. Zoho Workplace Standard 50 × $3 × 12 $1,800

Microsoft’s plans come with a Shifts app in Teams, for rotas, clocking in and time-off requests. None of the four keeps leave balances, overtime or staff records — whichever line you are on, an HR system is still to buy on top of it.

Zimbra sells chat, video and document editing as separate modules on top of the mailbox price rather than inside one plan, which is why those three boxes say that instead of yes or no.

Questions

Asked before moving a whole company across.

Anything else, write to us — a person answers.

What is Meetowt?

Meetowt is a private company workspace. It gives a company email on its own domain, team chat, video meetings, shared documents and files, and staff records such as hours, shifts and time off — all under one login, hosted and run for you. It costs $1 per person a month, or $10.20 a person for a year bought up front, and it is free while we are in early access.

Can Meetowt replace the workspace suite we pay for now?

Yes. It covers the same everyday ground — email, chat, video meetings, documents, spreadsheets and shared files — and adds the HR side the big suites leave out, such as leave balances, overtime and staff records. The difference people notice first is what it costs: $1 per person a month, or $10.20 a person for a year bought up front, for all of it — against $7 a person a month for the entry business plan at the large suites — and then a second supplier for leave balances and staff records, which none of these plans include.

How much does Meetowt cost?

It is free while we are in early access — no card, and room for up to 200 people at first and more once we have looked at your company, usually within a working day. After that it is $1 per person a month, or $10.20 a person for a year bought up front, which is the price for everything: mail, chat, meetings, documents, files and the HR side, with 5 GB of storage for each person, their own — more room for each person costs extra. You get a month's notice before it starts, and if you would rather leave at that point, ask and your mail, messages and files come with you.

Can we use our own domain for company email?

Yes. Set up DNS first and every address is at your domain from the first day. Or start at once on yourcompany.meetowt.com, which sends and receives from day one — and once a DNS record proves the domain is yours, an administrator gives each person an address at it. Mail between everyone at your company works from the moment the workspace exists, and mail to and from the rest of the world works too, so your staff write to customers and suppliers from the same inbox, at no extra cost.

Can we bring our old email with us?

Yes. Each person can bring their own old mailbox across from Mail settings — every folder and every message as it was, with its date and whether it was read — from Gmail, Yahoo, Zimbra or any mail server that speaks IMAP. Gmail and Yahoo ask for an app password, and the screen says where to make one. Or an administrator brings the whole company across in one step, from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zimbra, each person's mail into their own mailbox. It runs in the background while people work, nothing in the old mailboxes is changed, and the password, key or app secret it used is forgotten the moment it finishes.

Does Meetowt include video meetings?

Yes — video meetings with screen sharing and recording, in the browser, with nothing to install. Meetings can repeat on a schedule, and people can accept or decline an invitation from their own calendar.

Who can read our email and our files?

Your company. Each workspace is separated at the database level, and a file is visible only to the people it was shared with — the whole company, a department, or named individuals. Nothing is scanned for advertising. If the optional writing help is switched on for a company, the text somebody asks it about (or, for a brief of their day, their meetings, the things waiting on them and their new notices) is sent to Anthropic's model for an answer, and is not used to train it.

Can we take our data with us if we leave?

Yes, and it is written into the pricing page rather than buried. Ask us and we hand you a copy of everything, mail included, within 30 days, and there is no export fee. The mail comes as standard mailbox files that other mail software can import, so what you carry out is usable on the other side.

Does Meetowt handle HR?

Yes. It records working hours against each person's shift, tracks lateness, holds annual and casual leave balances that accrue automatically, fills in public holidays for Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE and keeps any a company adds, and stores staff records, warnings and positive feedback with the employee's acknowledgement. Hours and leave are seen up the reporting line; a staff record only by the person it is about, whoever wrote it, administrators, and the readers the company names.

How long does it take to set up?

Usually the same day. You tell us your company name and how many people you have, and we build the workspace and send you the first login. There is nothing to install and no server for you to run.

What happens when somebody leaves the company?

Their access is removed everywhere at once — mail, chat, meetings, files and records — rather than one application at a time. Their mailbox and the files they owned stay with the company, which is the part that usually goes wrong when the same person has eight separate accounts.

Can we read Meetowt mail on a phone?

Yes, in the phone's own mail app. Each person makes a phone password in Mail settings — it opens their mail and nothing else — and on an iPhone one tap sets the account up. On Android the same screen gives the settings to type into Gmail or Outlook. Making a new phone password stops the old one, and one button stops mail on every phone without touching mail in the browser.

Can colleagues endorse each other?

Yes. Everybody has a profile, and a colleague can write a few sentences about somebody, publicly or privately. Whether the writer was their manager or worked beside them is taken from the company's own records, never typed by the writer. A private endorsement is read only by the person it is about and whoever wrote it — not a manager, not an administrator — and a public one shows only once the person it is about chooses to show it.

Can a person have a page on meetowt.com?

Yes, if they switch one on. A page at meetowt.com/in/ followed by an address they choose shows only what they picked — their headline, their role from the company's records and the endorsements they chose to show. It is off until they turn it on; once it is on, anybody can read it, and search engines and AI services may find it. Switching it off deletes it.

Can I have a Meetowt profile without a company?

Yes. Anybody aged 16 or older can make a free profile at my.meetowt.com with their own email address: what you do, where you have worked, your skills and your links. You can put it on a page at meetowt.com/in/ followed by an address you choose — off until you switch it on, and readable by anybody, search engines and AI services included, once it is on. From the same place you see open roles and news from companies on Meetowt and apply with your profile in one press. Withdrawing an application takes back what you sent, and deleting your account deletes everything, applications included.

Can we post jobs with Meetowt?

Yes. An administrator, and the people they name, post roles. Each company gets a careers page on its own Meetowt address where people apply with a CV, and a role can also be listed on meetowt.com/jobs and in the feed at my.meetowt.com, where somebody with a Meetowt profile applies with it in one press. Applications and CVs are read only by the people who hire, and are kept for twelve months, as the form tells the applicant, then removed.

Ready to own it?

A workspace for your company, usually built the same day. Or a profile of your own, free, in a minute.
