Hiring

Hiring, with a careers page of your own

Post a role and it appears on your company’s own careers page — and on meetowt.com/jobs if you choose. Applications arrive in the app, and CVs are read only by the people who hire.

What it does

Roles with two switches

Put each role on your careers page, on the Meetowt jobs board, both or neither. Close it, or let its date pass, and it comes down.

Applications in columns

Every application for a role, moved along as you decide, with the hiring team’s notes beside it.

CVs checked on arrival

A PDF, Word or OpenDocument file, up to 8 MB — checked by what it actually is, not by its name.

Apply with a profile

Somebody with a Meetowt profile applies in one press, and you see their profile as it was when they applied.

Read by the people who hire

An administrator names who hires, by person or department. Nobody else at the company can open an application or a CV.

News on the feed

Publish a short update from Hiring and it appears in the feed that people with a profile read.

Good to know

  • Applicants are not emailed by the app; the people who hire are told inside Meetowt.
  • An application and its CV are kept for twelve months, as the form tells the applicant, and then removed.
  • An applicant can withdraw. The company then keeps only a note that there was an application — nothing of the person’s.

Questions

Does hiring cost extra?

No. It is part of the same dollar a person a month.

Where do people apply?

On your own careers page, with a CV — or, when the role is listed on meetowt.com/jobs, from the feed at my.meetowt.com with their Meetowt profile. Either way, the application arrives in your Hiring screen.

One login, one price, all of it.
