Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time, and keep it until the last day you paid for
Cancelling stops the next payment. Your workspace carries on, untouched, to the end of the month or year you have already paid for, and then nothing more is charged. No exit fee.
In effect from 18 October 2026
Early access is free, so today there is nothing to refund. This is the position from the day charging starts. You get a month's notice before that day, with the price in writing (terms, section 5).
The short version
- Cancel at any time. Admin, then Billing, then Cancel subscription. It stops the next payment.
- Keep what you paid for. Everybody keeps working until the last day of the period already paid. We do not cut anything off early.
- Changed your mind straight away? Within 14 days of a payment you can ask for that payment back in full, and Paddle returns it. After 14 days, payments are not refunded part-way through a period.
Asking for a payment back within 14 days
- Write to help@meetowt.com from the address you signed up with, and say which payment. We ask Paddle for you, usually the same working day.
- Or ask Paddle yourself: the receipt they email you links to their order support at paddle.net, and refunds can be asked for there.
- Paddle makes the refund. How long it takes to show in your account depends on your bank, and is commonly a week or so.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Their checkout terms sit beside ours; where the two touch a refund, the more generous to you applies.
After 14 days
- A monthly subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and then stops if you cancel. We do not refund part of a month.
- A yearly subscription is not refunded part-way through the year. You can stop it renewing at any time, and there is no fee for that.
- Neither is a trap. Cancelling is a button: Admin, then Billing, then Cancel subscription. It stops the next payment, and your workspace carries on until the end of the period you paid for.
When people join or leave
You pay for everybody in the workspace. When the number changes, the difference is worked out for the days left and added to (or taken off) your next payment. We never charge on the spot for somebody joining, and the 14 days run from the payment that includes the difference.
Your data does not depend on any of this
A refund, a cancellation or a failed payment never takes away your right to a copy of everything you put in, and it never makes us switch your workspace off on its own (terms, section 13).
If the law gives you more
If where you are the law gives you a stronger right than this, that wins. This is a policy for companies buying for their business; the terms say what that means.
