Conversations kept together
A reply sits with the message it answers, each in a box of its own, in the order it was written — mail from Gmail and Outlook included.
Every person gets a real address at your company’s name, and a mail screen that keeps up with how people work: conversations kept together, a writing window that stays out of the way, and search that says where everything is.
The ordinary things, working the ordinary way — and a few that save real time.
A reply sits with the message it answers, each in a box of its own, in the order it was written — mail from Gmail and Outlook included.
New mail opens in the corner, so you can look something up while you write. Addresses turn into chips with each person’s picture.
Drop in files, paste a screenshot, or attach an email you already have — found by search, or dragged from the list. A file too big to attach goes as a link instead.
Press Archive and a message leaves the Inbox for the Archive folder — out of the way, never deleted, and still found by search. Move it back to the Inbox whenever you like.
Up to 200 results at once, each marked Inbox, Sent, Archive or wherever it lives, with the folders counted above.
Mail filed into folders on its own, an answer while you are away, and a signature with your name, your role and the company’s logo.
Sent something to the wrong colleague? Take it back from their mailbox, with a note saying who took it and when. Inside your company only.
New Make sales@ or info@ an inbox a team answers together. Each conversation can be given to one person and marked open, waiting on the customer or done, and it opens again by itself when the customer writes. A reply goes out from the shared address and never says which colleague wrote it — the team can see who did. Only the people you name can open it, and an administrator is not one of them unless named.
New Mail from outside is checked before it reaches anybody, and what looks like spam goes to the Spam folder instead of the Inbox — never deleted, so a wrong guess costs a look in Spam and no message. Press Spam on one the filter missed, or Not spam on one it caught, and your company’s filter learns from it; what one company teaches never changes another’s. Mail from addresses on the best-known blocklists is turned away at the door, and the sender is told.
Usually the same day you sign up. Everybody can write to everybody else from the first hour.
Everybody has an address at yourcompany.meetowt.com that sends and receives, inside the company and out.
Add one record to show the domain is yours, then the mail records the workspace shows you. An administrator then gives each person their address at it.
Each person brings their own old mailbox — from Gmail, Yahoo, Zimbra or any IMAP server — or an administrator brings everybody’s at once, from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zimbra.
The person whose mailbox it is. Nothing in it is scanned for advertising, and nothing in it is used to train anything. If an administrator switches on the optional writing help, the text somebody asks it about is sent to Anthropic’s model for an answer, and is not used to train it.
Mail leaving us is signed so the receiving server can check it came from us, and it is encrypted on the way whenever that server offers it.
Yes. Set up DNS first and every address is at your domain from the first day. Or start at once on yourcompany.meetowt.com, which sends and receives from day one — and once a DNS record proves the domain is yours, an administrator gives each person an address at it.
Yes, with a mail password each person makes in Mail settings. An iPhone sets itself up in one tap; any other phone or mail program gets the settings to copy. See mail on your phone.
It stays with the company. Their sign-in is switched off everywhere at once, and their mail can be passed on to a colleague. Nothing is deleted.
New Yes, two ways. A shared address is delivered to each person who should read it, in their own inbox. A shared inbox is one mailbox a team answers together: a conversation is given to somebody, marked open, waiting on the customer or done, and answered from the shared address — and nobody shares a password to get in, because the team opens it through their own sign-in.
