Meetowt

On the way

What is on the way, and what is not here yet

Meetowt is early software, and it moves. Here is what is planned and what is still missing — every piece of it inside the same price. We say when each one lands rather than promise a date.

On the way

The rest of the screens in Arabic

Most of Meetowt is in English and Arabic now — mail, chat and its topics, files, the calendar, tasks, goals, contacts, reports, workflows, signatures and more. Hours, time off, the rota, staff records, hiring, the administration pages and the sign-in pages are still English, and follow. More

Monthly payslips

Made from hours, overtime and leave already in Meetowt.

Bring files and calendars across

From Google Drive, OneDrive, and Google and Outlook calendars, so leaving Google or Microsoft is one step.

One search box for the rest

Chat and the topics in your channels can be searched today. A box that also finds mail, files, notes and people — each answer only something you may already open — is still to come.

Channels with clients and suppliers

Chat with people outside the company, in a channel your company controls.

Performance reviews

A yearly review for each person, following the reporting line — goals are already here.

A simple customer list

Contacts, companies and deals, linked to the mail you exchanged with them.

Booking links

A link that shows only your free times, so somebody outside picks a slot and gets a real calendar invitation.

Meeting notes

A summary and the decisions after a call — an extra a company chooses, because it is billed to us by use.

WhatsApp

Notices sent to WhatsApp, and customers’ WhatsApp messages arriving in the shared inbox — an extra, because WhatsApp charges per conversation.

Not here yet

Things people ask for that Meetowt does not do today.

Outlook.com and Hotmail

A personal Outlook.com or Hotmail mailbox needs a Microsoft sign-in to bring across, which is not built. A company leaving Microsoft 365 can already bring everybody’s across.

Contacts and calendars

They do not come across from your old provider yet — mail does.

Calendar reminders on a closed phone

A reminder before a meeting appears in an open Meetowt window. Messages, mail, calls and requests waiting for you already reach a closed phone; the reminder does not yet.

Taking back a message in a channel

Possible in a direct conversation; in a channel you can correct it, not yet take it back.

Landed lately

Search in chat

New Find what was said in the channels you are in, in your direct messages and in the topics of your channels, with the words marked and a press opening the conversation at that message. More

Goals

New What each person is working towards, with a bar that fills as key results are ticked or a number moves, a short dated note whenever it changes, and a team goal that shows how its smaller goals are doing. Your manager can set one for you; only you move it. More

Passkeys

New Sign in with your fingerprint, your face or your device’s PIN instead of a password, and count it as your second step. More

A spam filter that learns

New Suspect mail goes to the Spam folder instead of the Inbox and is never deleted. Press Spam, or Not spam, and your company’s filter learns from it. More

A shared inbox for info@ and sales@

New The team answers customer mail together: each conversation given to somebody, open, waiting on the customer or done, and a reply that goes out from the shared address. More

Booking rooms and company cars

New Add a room or a car while you write a meeting, and see only the ones that are free for every week of it. Nothing is ever booked twice, and moving or calling off the meeting moves or frees the booking. More

Spending requests

New Ask to buy something, attach the receipt or a quote, and your manager answers it like time off. Finance marks it paid, and you are told at each step. More

A handbook and first-week checklists

New Pages everybody reads, written by administrators and the people they name, and a checklist for each new person’s first week with every step given to whoever does it. More

The app in Arabic

New Mail, Chat, Files, Calendar, Today and Activity, right to left, chosen by each person. More

Meetowt on your phone

New Add it to your Home Screen and turn on notifications: a message, a new mail, a call or a request waiting for you reaches your phone even when Meetowt is closed. More

Big files as a link

New Send a file too big to attach as a link that you can stop — to download, to comment on, or to edit in the browser. More

Your storage

New What you keep, biggest first, a warning before you are full, and Empty deleted items to free the room at once. More

Two-step sign-in for everybody

An administrator can require it for the whole company. More

Your calendar and contacts on a phone

New The phone’s own Calendar and Contacts apps, signed in with the same phone password as your mail: your meetings, and the company’s people. More

Mail on your phone

A phone password, and an iPhone set up in one tap. More

Your old mail, brought across

Each person’s own, from Gmail, Yahoo, Zimbra or IMAP — or the whole company’s at once, from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zimbra. More

Profiles and endorsements

What colleagues say, checked against the company’s records. More

Hiring and the jobs board

A careers page of your own, and meetowt.com/jobs. More

Security in one screen

Your sign-ins, your password and two-step sign-in. More

Profiles for everybody

A free profile for anybody aged 16 or older. More

One login, one price, all of it.

Mail, chat, meetings, calendar, documents, files and HR for everybody at your company — a dollar a person a month, and free while we are in early access.
